The news from Hoake's Mill

Our son Buddy bought his twins a new puppy for their birthday yesterday.  We haven't seen it yet.  Buddy's wife Amanda described it as looking like a mix between a cocker spaniel and her Uncle Larry.
There was a really good turnout today for Grey Adams' funeral.  They served a nice lunch afterwards but Grey's Uncle Preston didn't join us because he forgot to wear his teeth.
Congratulations go out today to Daryl Huck's youngest boy, Billy.  He's the first young man from Hoake's Mill to complete the 10-month dairy production course at Plantsburg Agricultural and Vocational College and did it in only two years.  Daryl is so proud.
And that's what's happening in Hoake's Mill.
Love,
Caroline
